Precision Turning and Milling

Our turn-mill centers are versatile machines capable of performing both turning and milling operations in a single setup. Automated Component Machining

Our facility is equipped with advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines that deliver exceptional accuracy and repeatability in component manufacturing. These machines are ideal for high-volume production, achieving precision within microns. Automated CNC operations minimize human error, ensure uniformity, and are perfectly suited for producing mission-critical components for aerospace, electronics, and other high-tech industries where consistency and reliability are paramount

Complex Surface Machining

Equipped with 5-axis milling machines, we efficiently manufacture complex geometries and surfaces that are difficult or impossible with conventional machining. These machines allow the cutting tool to move along five axes simultaneously, enabling faster production and superior surface finishes. This capability is especially critical for aerospace components, turbine blades, and intricate design parts that require multi-angle precision.

Manual and Automated Testing

Despite advancements in automation, conventional Testing of 100% IC Engines along with predefined Testing Methods& Procedures remain a vital part of our operations to ensure each and every Engine for its designed RPM and Thrust. This test methods enabled by highly skilled Testers of the work done by well trained Fitters Cum Assembly Technicians to craft unique or low-volume Engines  with customized outputs. This is a standard cum Ideal practice followed not only for the  First Engine Approvals but for prototypes,Production Engines, etc., and to cater flexible needs, these assembly practices allow us to adapt quickly and produce specialized engines with the precision and care that only UMS Manufacturing expertise can provide to our highly reputed customers in the entire globe.

Dimensional Accuracy Verification

Quality assurance is a cornerstone of our manufacturing process. We employ high-precision Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to inspect and verify the dimensional accuracy of every component. The CMM ensures that each part meets design specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements. This final layer of precision allows us to maintain consistent quality across all production batches, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
